2. Custom Orders

All products sold by ABQ Wow Gifts, LLC are custom-made to order. We make every reasonable effort to create your gift according to your requested theme, colors, style, and occasion.

However, due to the creative nature of our products:

• Final designs may vary slightly from reference images or descriptions
• Substitutions may be made based on material availability while maintaining overall quality and theme

3. Sales Policy (All Sales Are Final)

All sales are final.

Because our products are custom, handmade creations:

• No returns or refunds will be accepted once an order is placed
• This policy applies to all items, including money bouquets and gift boxes

4. Modifications & Store Credit

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve concerns:

• Order Modifications:
  If your order has not yet been completed, we may be able to adjust design elements upon request
• Completed Orders:
  If you are not satisfied, we may offer reasonable modifications when possible
• Store Credit:
  At our sole discretion, we may issue store credit for future purchases

5. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:

• Names, dates, and personalized messages
• Delivery or pickup details
• Design preferences

ABQ Wow Gifts, LLC is not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of order
• Orders will not be started until payment is received
• Prices are subject to change without notice

7. Pickup & Delivery

• Customers must adhere to agreed-upon pickup or delivery times
• Late pickups may affect product quality, especially for time-sensitive items
• ABQ Wow Gifts, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information

8. Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
• Cancellation requests prior to production may be considered on a case-by-case basis

9. Limitation of Liability

ABQ Wow Gifts, LLC shall not be held liable for:

• Minor variations in design or materials
• Customer dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences
• Damages resulting from improper handling after delivery or pickup
